Does an "Air Bake" cookie sheet make the food bake slower? - air bake

I have cookies on the baking sheet cake air and seemed very slow. Since my husband an apple pie that really the nose. He criticized our new record, the cake was really thick. But he put the record stood at the top of a sheet of air. What could have led to a slow boil the question?

I have a sheet air bake cookies. Not last more that I can not as dark as that of the plate stove. Do not place round plates or other things on the leaves of the air kitchen. It is like the insulation in a pie plate. You want the crust to bottom in the vicinity of the lower elements are on the ground soaked crust to prevent it. It's really hard to burn "cookies" on these cards and you just have to get used to everything rather pale.

Air Baking provide a layer of air that a food is not a little heat for the food too hot or too much coffee in isolation. I have air leaves for baking cookies and I had no problem.

With a cake, you want a golden crust, then put it on a baking sheet will not help. It also reduces the airflow around the foot and the heat shield from the bottom of the furnace, which under cook or cook unevenly.
