Is all natural ice cream okay to have? - ice cream once in a while

From time to time?
I bought strawverry all natural ice.
I read the ingredients, and includes:
Straberries
Cream milk --
Sugar

It contains no preserver.
I only wanted a strawberry milkshake with 1 NO / 2 cup ice cream, skim milk and straberries.

Is that correct?
